i admit that im always think negative

ak mengaku yg fikiran aku sentiasa negative bla ak berada dlm keadaan tertekan.. (wahhh.. hari nie da 3 n3 ak wat.. tetttt.. out of da topic).. huhu.. n skrg ak mmg tgh tertekan.. ermmm ase mcm xsbr nk balik ipoh.. kat ipoh ak ase ak ade sgalanya nya.. ak ade fmly (even kdang2 stress ngan adik2 ak yg bgaduh je memanjang.. tp stress kat umah xpenah sehebat stress kat cni).. ak ade zul@cintahatiini@"pakcik" (fallen in love wit him whenever he was by my side).. kat cni lak ak stress.. tp xdela 7 hari smggu,, 24 jam sehari ak stress.. sometimes bla ak terasa jauh hati,, ak ase gementar ngan sesuatu perkara,, or ak ase jeles ngan kehebatan org lain,, so,, i will become very2 stress..

skrg nie,, ak stress sal intervention program group ak.. ermmm nape ak stress biar jela.. try to be positive.. positive irnie.. positive.. event ak tau resultnya ak negative.. dushhh.. xphm phm.. org da ckp positive.. positive.. nk ckp la bnd negative.. isk3.. mmg nk kena brain wash irnie safran nie.. lempang laju2 karang.. 

cik irnie safran,, please keep ur mind positive.. please follow this guideline..

Focus your mind on the good things you already have in your life. If you focus on them, these good things will increase in your life.

Follow your positive thoughts with positive actions.

Always focus your mind on the full half of the cup, not on the empty half.

Do your best to reject negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.

Be aware of your company. Choose to be around positive people.

Read about other people's success. Read things that inspire you and make you feel good.

Focus your mind on how to be positive and you will discover more ways to be so.
